With third-party service providers (such as scheduling or payment platforms) who assist in delivering services
With the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for official credential verification purposes (see Section 6)
When legally required, such as to comply with a subpoena or applicable law
All third-party providers are expected to meet high privacy and security standards.
To meet the International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialing requirements, Coaching on Demand keeps a confidential log of coaching hours, which may include client names and contact information. This log exists solely to verify that coaching services — including complimentary discovery calls — have been provided.
The log is stored securely and will only be disclosed to the ICF upon official request for credential verification.
Opt-Out Option
Clients who do not wish to have their information included in the credentialing log may opt out by:
Sending written notice via email before their discovery call
Stating their preference at the beginning of the discovery call
Notifying Coaching on Demand within 24 hours following the session
Opting out will not impact access to or the quality of coaching services.
If you are a resident of California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including:
The right to know what personal information I collect
The right to request deletion of your personal data
The right to opt out of any data sharing
